We want you to be fully satisfied with your Baracuta purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations or personalized items may be subject to different return conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Baracuta tags and spare buttons are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
